Session 1:"Be Mindful" - Introduction to Meditation and Mindful Meditation
A short introduction into the practice of meditation so that you can slowly introduce it into the everyday for maximum benefits - 20 minute information guide and a 10 minute practice session.
Session 2: "Take a Deep Breath" - Breathing Meditation Techniques
Stepping up from the introduction to meditation, we will now focus on our breathing technique to combat stress and promote wellbeing. A 10 minute information session, followed by a 20 minute breathing meditation sequence and check in.
Session 3: "Strength in Compassion" - Loving Kindness Meditation
This guided session will provide mental training practice in how you can be more loving, kind and compassionate to yourself and by extension to others around you. A 10 minute information session followed by a 20 minute meditation practice and check in.
