Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this class is open to all. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

These classes offer an opportunity to practice your meditation skills.

Controlled and mindful breathing is a fundamental aspect of meditation. The class will start with breathing exercises to help participants focus and centre their attention.


Guided Meditation:

The instructor will lead participants through a guided meditation. This involves verbal instructions to direct the focus of attention, often guiding individuals to pay attention to their breath, bodily sensations, or specific visualisations.


Sound Healing:

Experience the healing frequencies of the singing crystal bowls during the meditation practice.


Silent Meditation:

We then engage in a short silent meditation, where they practice the techniques learned during the guided phase independently.


Reflection and Sharing:

There will be time for participants to share their experiences or ask questions.


There will be additional components such as gentle movement exercises, discussions on mindfulness principles, sound therapy, or the incorporation of meditation aids like soothing music or aromatherapy.

What should I wear to a meditation class?

Wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing. It's important to be at ease during meditation, so choose clothing that won't distract you.

How long is each session?

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to engage in the meditation practise. We provide all necessary meditation props, such as cushions and blankets.

I'm new to meditation. Is this class suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! This class is designed for participants of all levels, including beginners. Our instructor will guide you through the meditation techniques, making it accessible for everyone.

Can I bring my own meditation cushion or yoga mat?

Of course! Feel free to bring your own cushion or mat if you have a preference. We also provide comfortable seating options for those who don't bring their own.

Will there be any breaks during the two-hour session?

Yes, we will have short breaks to stretch and relax. It's important to maintain comfort throughout the session. However, the breaks are designed to complement the overall experience.

What type of meditation will be practiced in this class?

The class will explore various meditation techniques, including silent and guided meditation. I will adapt the practise to suit the group's needs and preferences.

Can I arrive late or leave early if needed?

While we encourage participants to attend the full session for the best experience, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please try to arrive on time, and if you need to leave early, do so quietly to minimise disruption.

I have physical limitations. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. I will provide modifications to accommodate various physical abilities. If you have specific concerns, feel free to discuss them with me before the class begins.

Will there be a guided discussion or sharing session after the meditation?

While the main focus is on the meditation practise, there will be an opportunity for optional sharing or questions at the end of the session. Participation in this is entirely up to each individual.

How can I continue practicing meditation after the class?

We will provide resources and guidance on how to continue your meditation practise at home. Feel free to ask for recommendations tailored to your preferences.
