These community meditation sessions are designed to offer a grounded and welcoming environment where you can slow down from daily life, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with inner awareness through guided meditation and shared presence.


No experience is needed.

No beliefs are required.

Just come as you are.


Each session may include:

  • guided meditation
  • breath awareness
  • grounding practices
  • nervous system regulation
  • moments of reflection or quiet integration

As this community naturally grows, sessions may evolve to explore additional spiritual and embodiment practices such as:

  • energy awareness
  • intuitive development
  • mindfulness practices
  • sound or movement meditation
  • group connection and discussion
