At The Peer Practice, we know what it’s like to have a “busy brain” or feel like there’s never enough time. Our team has lived it, and we’re here to share what’s worked for us in real life—not just theory.

This four-hour workshop is a back-to-basics, no-fluff introduction to meditation and mindfulness. Think practical skills, space to reflect, and a chance to connect with people who get it.

What We Will Explore (Key Areas)

Try Different Techniques: Explore simple mindfulness practices and meditation styles: find what feels right for you!

  1. Reflect & Reset: Take time to notice what’s been holding you back and how to make room for calm this year.
