  • Venue: Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre, 251 Faraday Street, Carlton, VIC 3053 – Multi-purpose Room -1.​
  • Cost: Completely free; Heartfulness practices are always offered free of charge.
  • Heartfulness meditation is for participants aged 15 and above.

Feeling mentally overloaded, anxious or simply disconnected from your inner calm? Join a relaxing, beginner-friendly introduction to Heartfulness meditation designed to make meditation easy, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.​

Over three interactive sessions you will:

  • Learn simple Pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques to relax and balance your system.​
  • Experience heart-centered guided meditation to gently calm the mind and open the heart.​
  • Discover practical relaxation and “detox” methods to release stress and emotional heaviness.​
  • Explore how to relieve stress and anxiety while fostering inner peace, clarity and resilience.​

This workshop is:

  • Perfect for complete beginners as well as those wanting to deepen an existing practice.​
  • Led by experienced Heartfulness practitioners with 20+ years of personal practice and facilitation.​
  • Grounded in over 100 years of Heartfulness tradition, offered today in 130+ countries and experienced by over 2 million people.​
  • Supported by growing scientific evidence showing benefits such as reduced stress and burnout, lowered heart rate and blood pressure, and improved mental wellbeing.​

What to expect:
