Over a decade of the Centre’s life, meditation has been its foundation for ongoing healing and the growth of a healthy, self-aware and loving community. More than forty-five monthly 1-day meditation workshops have now evolved into this comprehensive course.

This course does not follow a clinical or technique-based model. It offers a heart-centred, holistic approach to meditation that reconnects mind and body with heart and spirit through self-awareness and presence.

Meditation is shared as a living practice, grounded in ancient traditions, supporting calm, clarity and emotional balance through kindness, consistency and gentle attention rather than effort or performance.

Why This Course Includes Ongoing Support

The 28-Day Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Mentoring Program is included as part of this course because many people find it difficult to maintain a meditation routine without guidance or structure once a course or class ends. This was evident in the feedback from our community.

This companion program was created to support integration, allowing what is learned during the day to continue gently into everyday life. It offers guidance, rhythm and reassurance so meditation can become a sustainable practice rather than something that fades with time.

28-Day Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Mentoring Program

Following the course, you will receive access to the full 28-Day Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Mentoring Program.

The program unfolds over four weeks, beginning with 10-minute daily practices in week one, extending to 15 minutes in weeks two and three, and 20 minutes in week four. This gradual progression supports the mind and body to settle naturally into a new rhythm.

The program builds on the key elements introduced during the course, offering additional guidance and techniques that add variety and deepen awareness of the practice itself. It is self-paced and can be downloaded for use in your own time.

Continuing Your Practice

To support the ongoing growth of your practice, we encourage participation in meditation classes. Practising in community helps keep meditation alive, grounded and evolving, while offering connection, shared experience and a sense of belonging with like-minded people.

Facilitators

Iva and Neil Parker-Puie bring over forty-five years of lived meditation practice, emotional healing and more than a decade of community-held group work. Their guidance is steady, grounded and heart-led, offering a supportive space for reconnection and inner clarity.

As mature facilitators and holistic therapists, their depth of lived experience and community service opens many pathways of support. They walk alongside others with care and presence, helping people return to what they sense or know within themselves, and to reconnect with who they truly are. The journey home to Self is one they have lived through decades of healing and integration of the fragmented self.

Cancellations and Transfers

• Cancellations 7 days or more before the course are eligible for a refund minus a $30 administration fee
• No refunds within 7 days of the event
• Transfers to a future course or to another person may be arranged with notice
• Credits or transfers may be considered for medical or family emergencies
• If the Centre cancels or minimum numbers are not met, a full refund or transfer will be offered
