Meditation Circle - Soul by the Sea [March 2026]

Meditation Circle - Soul by the Sea [March 2026]

HOTA, Home of the ArtsSurfers Paradise, QLD
Saturday, Mar 7 from 7 am to 8 am AEST
Overview

Return to nature, return to self. Join us at this free meditation and somatic circle at HOTA lake, Gold Coast, and reignite your spark!

Soul by the Sea is a mindful, heart-led circle where you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

Through gentle movement, meditation, grounding practices, sound, posture, gesture, and freestyle dance, we help you reconnect with your body, heal old wounds, ignite your intuition, and rebuild your self-worth.

In a world that’s increasingly digital, disconnected, distracted, and disembodied, Soul by the Sea is something real - the human connection we are all craving.

Everyone is welcome and supported. Share with a friend.
