Enjoy a calming guided meditation session and class focused on developing your inner wellbeing.
In these community-led sessions, experienced practitioners Lorraine and Dallas offer a two-part session: first, a 55 minute guided meditation where you'll learn techniques to help with being present, calm and rejuvenated.
The second part of the morning is a gentle and supportive session on developing self-compassion, self-acceptance and awareness to build your inner wellbeing. Participants can take part in one or both sessions.
