Jason from Supreme Shrooms will be at Short Street Kitchen presenting a detailed talk all about Medicinal Mushrooms including the different varieties and their health benefits.

Enjoy tastings of various mushroom teas as well as a tasty treat containing medicinal mushrooms. They taste so delicious and are so good for you, so totally guilt-free of course!

Everyone who attends the workshop will receive a complimentary 50g bag of Medicinal Mushrooms to take away with some knowledge on how you can incorporate them into your every day lives, plus some tips on how to get your whole family to enjoy them too (yes even the kids!).
