This beautiful event has been created for women to attend with women; mothers and daughters, friends, sisters, etc. My aim is to create a beautiful and safe environment where we can feel comfortable enough to open up and discuss all things health and wellness.
I will also be introducing you all to my latest book 'Living The Healthy Life' and explore my principles to help in shifting your perspective and to committing to a healthier, more balanced and sustainable way of eating, moving and living.
Additionally, I will be demonstrating a couple of my newest recipes from my new book, just to show you all how simple and delicious healthy cooking can be!
