Join us for a curated Wedding Open Day at McLaren Vale Distillery — a relaxed, beautifully styled planning afternoon designed for couples who are actively organising their wedding and ready to make real progress.

This is not a public wedding expo. It’s an intimate showcase for couples seriously considering booking suppliers, as well as our current booked couples who want to finalise details and meet vendors in person.

Bring your parents, your wedding party, or anyone helping you plan, and spend the afternoon experiencing the venue set up for a wedding while connecting with the team who can bring your vision to life.

You’ll meet our trusted preferred suppliers across:

• Food & catering
• Wine & oysters
• Hair & makeup
• Florals & styling
• Photographers & videographers
• DJs & acoustic musicians
• Cakes & desserts
• Artists & live entertainment
• Accommodation partners

Couples are encouraged to pre-book short consult times with suppliers they’re seriously considering, allowing for meaningful conversations — not rushed expo interactions.

Our favourite food vendors will also be on site with food available to purchase so you can relax, explore, and enjoy the atmosphere while planning.

You’ll also be able to book a one-on-one time with Velvet from the McLaren Vale Distillery wedding team to check available dates, discuss your plans, and lock in your wedding on the night if you’re ready.

From June 30, our new wedding package launches. Open day attendees have the opportunity to secure their wedding at the current pricing before the increase.
