Guest Presenter:

Dr Paul Cusack is a ruminant nutritionist, consultant cattle veterinarian, and beef producer with post-graduate training in the intensive and extensive ruminant industries. His post-graduate training covers the disciplines of nutrition, health programs, reproduction, epidemiology, production and financial management and meat science. He completed his PhD on the interaction between nutrition and health in feedlot cattle in 2007.
