Meet Ria on the mat for a full-body workout that will strengthen and tone your muscles and increase mind/body awareness.

We roll out the mats for something bigger than us. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be running fundraising community classes to support our friend who is currently facing Stage 4 endometriosis and is preparing for surgery.

Donation based class.

Every dollar raised will go directly towards supporting our friend’s surgery.
