Mastering Meditation: Weekend Workshop

Our free mastering meditation weekend workshop offers the methods, knowledge and inspiration you’ll need to embark on your own inner journey while exploring the many paths of meditation – you only need the sincerity to try and the determination to practice.

Our instructors, who have many years of experience to share with you, will present a range of techniques, including essential meditation secrets. You’ll also enjoy the company of like-minded people who, like you, are seeking the inner treasures that the inner life always brings.

Venue: Central Yoga, Elizabeth St, Surry Hills, Sydney

Dates and Times (Thursday Evenings):

  • Session 1 - Breathing and Concentration: March 12, 7:45 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Session 2 - Mantras and the Spiritual Heart: March 19, 7:45 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Session 3 - Music and Meditation: March 26, 7:45 pm - 9:00 pm

Each week, we’ll introduce new techniques and build on previous sessions. To maintain the flow of the course and gain the most benefit, please join by the second session.
