2-Day Intensive (11–12 November) plus (Day 3 optional: 13 November)

Why this is happening

I'm teaming up with Ming Johanson from Marketing Jumpstart to pilot a new program, bringing together my foundational marketing approach with Ming's tactical, hands-on toolkit built over 20 years in business. Ming runs her own workshops over in WA, and she's flying in from Perth to co-facilitate.

While you all know about me. Just a little about Ming. She has been seen and heard on ABC, Channel 9 and 10, 2GB and 6PR Radio for over 12 years. We share the same values when it comes to marketing and working with small businesses, which made this an easy collaboration.

When we start pitching this program in the big wide world, we intend to have a follow-up day to run a week after the 2-day intensive. But with Ming already in Sydney, we're running it as a third consecutive day instead - OPTIONAL for you, purely for convenience.

This is a pilot, run exclusively for our mentor2mentor community, priced purely to cover costs. Not a profit exercise, just a chance to test this properly before we take it further.

• Check in (deeper look) on your Q1 2027 plan
• A storytelling session to sharpen how you talk about your business
• How to actually read your own analytics, so you know what's working and what's not

Pricing:

• 2-Day Program: $200 + GST
• Optional Day 3 add-on: +$100 + GST

Cost covers venue, catering (coffee, tea, lunch), and Ming's travel across all three days.

Venue: 12 Lisa Crescent, Castle Hill. Yes, my actual house. I promise there's enough room for everyone and that the coffee and food will better than any venue you'd book anyway.
