Melbourne Accelerator Program (MAP) was launched in 2012, as the first University-aligned startup accelerator in Australia. Our Accelerator has since supported over 100 startups, who have raised over $250 million in funding, generated over $250 million in revenue, and created over 1500 new jobs.Each year 11 teams are selected to take part in the five-month startup Accelerator, where they receive mentoring from some of Australia’s most brilliant business minds, as well as access to a global network of advisors, channel partners and investors, and $20,000 in funding (with no equity taken) to help them accelerate their startup growth.MAP is committed to fostering a high-performing environment focused on Mindset, Accountability and People.W﻿e offer a range of programs and support inatives which you can check out on our website: https://www.themap.co/

 You are warmly invited to join us for the MAP17 Accelerator Launch. Held on Wednesday 31 May at the Plaza Ballroom, The Regent Theatre, the 10 successful startups selected for MAP's 2017 Startup Accelerator will be revealed.
Attended by entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, venture capitalists, and people from numerous other industries, guests will have the opportunity to hear the MAP17 founders pitch their startup and meet them personally at the end of the evening during the one hour networking cocktail reception.

The <A HREF="http://themap.co/map-startup-accelerator/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MAP17 Startup Accelerator</A> supports 10 startups who each receive $20,000 funding (no equity taken), office space, mentoring, and opportunities to pitch in Melbourne and Silicon Valley. 34 companies have graduated from the MAP Startup Accelerator since 2012 and between them have raised $27+ million in funding, created over 250 jobs and generated over $27 million in revenue. In 2015, MAP was ranked 8th globally out of 340 of the top university business accelerators by UBI Global.
