Mantra Meditation & Sound Healing📿

A Women’s Autumn Immersion in Dunsborough

Saturday 7 March | 2pm–5pm | Dunsborough, WA
Limited places available.

As the energy of late summer softens and the rhythm of Autumn begins to emerge, this women’s only meditation immersion offers a quiet space to turn inward.

This three-hour experiential workshop introduces the contemplative discipline of japa mantra meditation using traditional rudraksha mala beads. You will be guided step-by-step in how to practise mantra repetition as a stabilising, grounding method to settle the mind and regulate the nervous system.

Rather than a highly social or discussion-based gathering, this experience is designed as a steady, internal journey - structured, supportive, and deeply restorative.

What You’ll Explore

Throughout the afternoon you will move through a carefully sequenced blend of sound, stillness, and embodied awareness practices, including:

• Foundational instruction in japa mantra meditation
• Correct use and handling of rudraksha mala beads
• Sanskrit mantra recitation and vibrational awareness
• Nada Yoga-inspired sound practices (Yoga of Sound)
• Gentle restorative postures to prepare the body for meditation
• Breath regulation techniques to stabilise attention
• Guided Yoga Nidra for deep integration
• Reflective journalling and seasonal intention setting

Each element is designed to build concentration, inner steadiness, and energetic coherence.

Why Mantra Meditation?

Mantra meditation is a rhythmic, tactile practice that engages breath, sound, and subtle focus. When practised consistently, it can:

• Reduce cognitive overactivity and repetitive thinking
• Support nervous system balance
• Improve sleep and emotional regulation
• Increase concentration and mental clarity
• Provide a portable, repeatable daily practice
• Strengthen alignment between mind, body, and heart

The inclusion of rudraksha mala beads enhances focus through sensory engagement and traditional energetic symbolism.

The Role of Sound

Sound is used intentionally throughout the workshop to support internal regulation and resonance. Through vocal toning and mantra vibration, participants often experience:

• Release of stored tension
• A settling of internal agitation
• Increased intuitive awareness
• A felt sense of grounded calm
• Subtle energetic recalibration

No musical experience is required.

Who This Is For

This immersion is suitable for women who:

• Feel overstimulated or mentally fatigued
• Are seeking a structured introduction to meditation
• Want a disciplined yet gentle spiritual practice
• Prefer a focused, inward-facing experience
• Are navigating seasonal or life transitions

All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

A Deliberate Autumn Pause

Autumn traditionally represents consolidation, discernment, and release. This workshop offers a contained environment to reflect, recalibrate, and step into the coming season with clarity and steadiness.

Places are intentionally limited to maintain depth and individual attention.

Reserve your place early to avoid disappointment.
