🎶 Ecstatic Dance - Mantra Beats is aimed at presenting meditational sounds such as 'Om' and spiritual mantras such as 'Ganeshaya Mantra', 'Gayatri Mantra', 'Hare Krishna Mahamantra', 'Mahamrityunjaya Mantra' etc. with modern dance music. These mantras have powerful vibrations and sound healing properties that many have experienced globally. 🕉️ The event is not about beats pushing movement, instead it is an opportunity and an invitation to listen to the powerful and healing mantras. The tracks that Energee will be playing invite a call-and-response style participation. You are welcome to hum or chant the mantras as per your comfort level while busting some dance moves.

Lou welcomes you to a spiritual cacao 🍃ceremony where you will set an intention for yourself and aim to clear and balance your body chakras with the mind heart and soul. Then we dance our way to celebrate this new vibration within the body’s energetic field.

Cacao is a beautiful gentle plant medicine that is taken peacefully, mindfully and with the greatest respect to those that have harvested this before us. It increases blood flow and promotes clarity of mind and awareness to the body, mind and soul. It is set with an intention, so let’s clear our chakras, bring balance to our energetic bodies and celebrate by dancing the night away.

Mantra Beats founder Uri, artist name 'Energee' is a DJ and Electronic Dance Music Producer who has been DJing for more than a decade in a variety of genres and have performed all over Australia and in many cities in India. Energee produces a variety of Indian Electronica tunes that you can find on Spotify/Apple Music like Project Navagraha, The 4.7 Call, Vrindavan Sunrise, Mantr XV, Slow Down, Kaallii, Jodhana and more. Born and grew up in India, he learnt the basics of Sanskrit in high school and very connected to the rich culture of the spiritual land. He migrated to Australia almost two decades ago, Naarm is home and very grateful to live on this land of opportunities.

- To honour the experience, the dance floor is held as a non-verbal space, allowing everyone to absorb the vibrations of the mantras. Any expressive sounds that emerge naturally from the dance are welcome.

- Kindred Studios is a multi function room venue, Mantra Beats will be held in the 'Recital Hall'

- Please respect everyone's individual space and the group space we create together

- DJ sound system with party speakers and dynamic lighting (lasers and strobes) for the dance journey

- Dance to your comfort, there are no specific moves/steps

- The organizers will be taking photos and short video clips during the event to help promote future gatherings

- This event is for Adults only.
