Doing well at university is about more than just academic performance. Striking a good balance is important for ensuring your wellbeing and academic success.

This workshop will provide tips on how to achieve balance, build resilience, deal with setbacks, and maintain motivation. This session will also provide strategies for identifying how and when you study best, how to prioritise and plan your time, how to balance competing tasks, and how to make time for your life outside of university.
