Virtual Learning Bites are bite-sized sessions that explore targeted topics derived from larger programs.

About this session

This workshop will be an interactive experience that provides participants with the skills and knowledge to better manage their mental health and anxiety. It covers the ability to increase self-awareness of the mental health of those around them.

The workshop will focus on giving clear strategies for self-care and to highlight ways to ensure you have a safe environment, share knowledge of resources available to support mental health, and encouraging team members to comfortably seek assistance when required.


Learning outcomes

Following the program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify & effectively manage potential mental health problems in the workplace.
  • Recognise when to seek help and when team members need help
  • Demonstrate how to break the stigma of mental health in their day to day work/life activities
  • Increase empathy to others and improve productivity
