Management 101

The transition from “Technician” to “Manager” provides challenges that are complex and challenging.

From Supervisors to Senior Managers, there can be great challenges for individuals unprepared for the task of managing people – from the psychology of gaining cooperation, maintaining motivation and empowering individuals to be independent thinkers to the burden of complying with a vast array of legislation.

Management “101” provides the framework required for managing people on two levels – people behaviours and a basic understanding of legislation.

Designed specifically for people stepping into their first level of management, this workshop provides the foundations upon which leadership skills can be further developed.
