Manage Your Mind for a Happier Life
Sun. 16 October 2016, 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm AWST
The Dalai Lama once said, "There are two kinds of happiness: the temporary pleasure derived primarily from material comfort alone and another more enduring comfort that results from the thorough transformation and development of the mind."
We can see in our own lives that the latter form of happiness is superior because when our mind is calm and happy, we can easily put up with minor pains and physical discomforts.
On the other hand, when our mind is restless and upset, worried, anxious or depressed, even the most comfortable physical facilities do not make us happy.
In this workshop you will learn how to live a worry and anxiety-free life by learning how to keep your mind calm and composed, even in the most difficult situations.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY:
"It's not often I rate anything as 5 star, but for me the intellectual growth and realisations I am experiencing from these workshops is having a profound effect on my life and way of living as a whole. What else could be considered 5 star? I look forward to spending time with such a cool bunch of people. As long as there is a cushion on the floor or a squeezy spot on the sofa I'll be coming along."—Will Wilson
I'm your quintessential Aussie guy. Cheeky, enjoys a beer, loves playing and watching footy. Yet I stumbled across a more spiritual side recently—either by accident or by design. And I've started implementing the knowledge that I’ve been exposed to through Meredith's classes. I can honestly say that I feel much clearer in my head and my heart. Much happier and more positive."—Andrew Honas
"When was the last time you felt like this? … You are moved to tears, your heart starts racing — pumping like it wants to jump out of its skin; a rush of feelings flow over you. This happens in Meredith’s courses because she takes us to a higher, more blissful state than we can ever imagine in our daily lives. The Truth resonates through Meredith, as she gives us the knowledge and faith to rise up to who we really are. Great classes. Great teacher."—Lee East
