Mama Said Circles are gentle, welcoming gatherings for anyone who calls themselves a mama. Whether you’re newly postpartum, deep in the thick of motherhood, or somewhere in between — you belong here.

Mama Said Circles are spaces free from expectation. They are simply a place for you to sit and share.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held in community. We will sit together, share (only if you feel called), journal, ground, and simply be. There’s no fixing, no advice-giving — just real connection and space to land.

Children are warmly welcome. They can play, cuddle, feed, nap, wander — all parts of motherhood are honoured here. You don’t need to show up any certain way; come exactly as you are.

This is a donation-based event, with contributions set between $5–$20, offered on a sliding scale so the circle remains accessible to all mamas.
