Through meditation we can become aware of our habits and limitations. We can also learn to let these limits go and make our minds vast, bright and limitless. Join Venerable Pasanna to look at the ways we put up and take down the barriers to peace and freedom.

About the Teacher: Venerable Pasanna is a fully ordained Buddhist Monastic and alms mendicant based near Sydney, on the land of the Dharawal people.

They left the household life 10 years ago and have lived in monastic communities in Adelaide, Sydney and Perth, where they took higher ordination in 2021. They strive to practice traditional vinaya practices in a modern world.
They find happiness and inspiration in the early Buddhist texts and conduct regular sutta discussions supported by the Metta Centre.
