About this event

This three part series is designed to support early childhood educators with making literacy learning visible in everyday practice. The sessions will focus on observing with a ‘literacy lens’. Literacy specific content knowledge will be presented as a tool in a curriculum which foregrounds play based learning. In this context, content knowledge will be discussed critically alongside knowledge of the child, knowledge of pedagogy and knowledge of the planning cycle in the early years.

(Please note, sessions are recorded if you are unable to attend in real time)
