Makerspace - Laser Cutting Induction - Friday 13 February 2026

Learn how to safely use the Laser Cutter at the Riverton Library Makerspace.

Completion of this induction session is needed in order to use the Laser Cutter in the Canning Libraries MakerSpace.

This free session will cover:

• How to safely and correctly use the Emblaser Pro Laser Cutter

• Basic introduction to LightBurn software

• How to change laser settings

PLEASE NOTE:

You must be a Canning Libraries member and aged 16 or over to use the MakerSpace equipment.
