Make your own unique piece of Sterling Silver Jewellery

This is the perfect first step in to the world of jewellery making - packed with loads of fun and new skills! We gurantee that you will be super proud and excited when you walk home with your very own, unique handmade piece of silver jewellery after 6 workshop hours. This will be a forever treasure - made in Byron.

We will spent two creative evenings together in our amazing workshop in Bangalow. You will learn the fundamental techniques of jewellery making, including sawing and soldering under Thomas' experienced and patient guidance. Its your choice to create a ring, a bracelet, earrings or a pendant from sterling silver. If you like to make three or all four pieces we will provide discounts.

• This is great for friends, mums & daughters, dads & sons and couples to create a memorable time. #LGBTfriendly. We will have drinks and nibbles available.

• Each class is very exclusive with only 2 attendees, so you will get all the personal assistance you need.

• The workshop will take place at the Hammer&Hand Jewellery and Metal Collective in Bangalow on two consecutive days Wednesday & Thursday 4.30 - 7.30 pm. Please contact me for any other timing or private tuitions.

• Prices include materials, tools, nibbles and drinks and work manuals, so all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind to be creative.

FAQs

Can I make my own design? Yes you can, in fact we encourage you to think prior to the workshop of what you would like to make - a ring, a pendant, earrings. Please let us know of any specific design ideas and Thomas will guide you through the "technical" possible in the time we have. We will be using recycled sterling silver.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No, Courses are for beginners and do not have any prerequisites in knowledge or limitations in age. Recommended minimum age is 12. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, if you cant attend you can certainly pass the workshop to someone else

Important to know...

For safety reasons, please tie up any long hair and wear closed-toe shoes during the workshop.

What if I cant attend?

Please contact us at least 14 days before the workshop day if you can not make the workshop. We will try to accommodate you for another day or will make a refund up to 14 days beforehand. Incidental and exceptional circumstances will always be kindly considered.
