Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

During this uplifting one hour Salt Making Workshop, you will make your own 500 grams of aromatherapy bath soaks and Body Scrub.
