He has been sharing local food stories since 2019, with a particular focus on Sydney’s multicultural communities and the role food plays in preserving traditions within migrant communities. As the son of parents who migrated to Australia, this perspective is deeply personal to him. His favourite places to eat in Sydney are the South West—where he grew up—and the Inner West suburbs.
