On Saturday March 21st, Mahico invites community back onto the grass for the first gathering in its Open Air Series , set in the Northern Rivers just 40 minutes from Byron Bay. The exact location will be shared closer to the event.

This one-day outdoor festival marks a return to Mahico’s roots, music under the sky, barefoot dancing, long afternoons that drift into night, and space for genuine human connection.

After time spent reflecting and realigning, this next iteration of Mahico feels grounded, intentional, and deeply connected to the values that have shaped the journey so far.

The day will feature a carefully curated musical program, led by a very special three-hour sunset set from Mahico long-time collaborator and international artist Martha Van Straaten (DE), alongside a lineup of local artists who reflect the cultural depth and diversity at the heart of Mahico.
