Description

A new play about the courage to speak up for yourself and others based on the true story of Blacktown-based social worker Maryam Zahid, who started the incredibly successful and rapidly growing online movement ‘Afghan Women on the Move'.

Children under the age of ten are not permitted into the Performance Studio. Child-minding services will not be provided.

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre will be open from 6.30 pm and doors open from 7 pm. Strict lock out at 7.15 pm so please ensure you are on time. Arrive earlier for Afghan Tea and a sweet which is included in your ticket price. Performance begins at 7.15 pm.

Free parking available in Council's carpark off Campbell Street next to Bowman Hall or in the Kmart carpark opposite the Arts Centre.
