What should I wear?

That's really up to you, but I recommend that you wear free flowing or non-restrictive clothes for ultimate comfort.

Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend that you bring a water bottle. We supply a blanket, yoga mat and pillow, so no need to bring anything else. But, if you do have a super comfy pillow, an extra fluffy blanket or that special yoga mat you just can't do without, feel free to bring them along. Teddys are also welcome.
