Set inside a beautifully restored Victorian terrace in the heart of Paddington, Tequila Mockingbird delivers Latin American soul with a refined Australian edge. Led by Michelin-rated Executive Chef José Garcia, the menu draws from Venezuelan roots and South American fire-cooking traditions, blending smoky grills, vibrant spices and seasonal local produce.
Guests will enjoy a curated shared menu featuring classic ceviche tacos with aji amarillo and charcoal salt, cobia aguachile with smoked spicy avocado, fire-roasted halloumi with sun-dried tomato and basil, prawn tacos with XO sauce and koji mayo, and Black Angus flat iron steak with guasacaca and lemon. Sides include a mixed leaf salad with avocado dressing and Tajín crispy fries with aji verde mayo, before finishing on a sweet note with chocotorta layered with dulce de leche, cream cheese ganache and coffee chocolate cookies.
