• Spiced Aylesbury duck breast, cherry vanilla purée, witlof, pickled ginger
• Aged Borrowdale pork loin, spring peas, buttermilk, black garlic glaze
• Rangers Valley wagyu Denver steak, charred cipollini, karashi mustard, onion jus
Dessert (choice of one)
• Spiced mango ice cream, yoghurt mousse, tonka bean, macadamia
