A relaxed 45-minute session for working women in Gippsland
Join Nirelle Bennett, President of Gippsland Women in Business and Coach & Hypnotherapist, for an online Lunch & Learn with special guest Kathy Lummis, physiotherapist and owner of The Essential Armoury and The Hive Holistic Health Centre.

This informal session includes a short, guided hypnotic meditation to help you press pause on the busy energy of the day, followed by practical conversation and simple tools to practical self-care for busy working women – so you can reset in minutes.

It’s a gentle, accessible introduction to holistic wellbeing, designed specifically for working women.
