Arrival & Cleansing Rituals: Settle into sacred space with grounding nourishment and Olinda Spring Water. Gentle stretching and guided self-massage help release stored physical and emotional tension, followed by a cleansing ritual to consciously let go of patterns that no longer serve.

Crystal Sound Therapy & Deep Rest: Gain clarity for meaningful change with an intention-setting ritual. Experience a crystal sound bath meditation combined with Amy’s unique fusion of NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and sound therapy. This whole-body recalibration supports you to relax the nervous system and access increased self-awareness.

Amy is a holistic practitioner and intuitive healer with 20 years of experience in guiding and mentoring women. Her supportive trauma-informed care is grounded in honouring the body’s intelligence to heal, return to wholeness and thrive. As founder of MANAVA Health, she fuses healing wisdom of her Pasifika and Celtic ancestry with gentle touch therapies and mental health neuroscience to create culturally sensitive spaces of transformation. Amy will share her practical approaches to supporting nervous system health so you can confidently navigate the life's transitions.
