Students are called to complete their Mastership training with me at a certain time in their life. Not always understanding why it’s the right time. But truth is unravelled and revealed along the way. While this program is underpinned by the traditional teachings of the Usui Reiki natural healing method, I have also combined my expertise working with the alchemy of crystals, sound healing and my extensive skills and experience as a Life and Wellness coach and Mindfulness Teacher to bring you a Reiki course like no other.

With over 50 Reiki Mastership Graduates and teaching more than 400 students, I have seen the collective shift and the greater demand for deeper learning.

Extra Training Sessions

The Group Mastership will also include 6 extra training sessions. These sessions are guided by the energy and needs of the group, we will also be taking the students request for which topics they would like to learn more about. Topics may include; Human Design, Akashic Records, Crystal Healing, Witch Rituals, Womb Healing, Business Mentoring, Astrology, Light Language, Channelling and more.

Here’s the program breakdown

Duration: 20 x 90 minute group live sessions spaced over 6 months for time for integration and processing (a combination of healing, coaching, mentoring and training. The first session is intention setting/deep-dive and the additional 17 sessions will include a soul activation). All sessions will be held online, with the option monthly to attend attend some sessions in person in Melbourne. Each session is recorded for the group if you are unable to attend.

There is also an option to add private sessions with either Loretta or Stef throughout the Mastership, for additional one on one support.

Prerequisites: Level 3A (from any lineage/teacher)

Delivery: Online with option for face to face sessions.

Why learn Reiki with Nourished Energy?

Creator of Nourished Energy, Loretta Carraro began learning Reiki in 2011 and since then has been dedicated to her Reiki practice. She has a strong passion for teaching Reiki as a secular, non-judgemental modality. She believes it is a life-changing and rewarding practice that is open to everyone to learn, cultivating compassion, inner peace and Universal connection.

Obtaining her Master-Teacher level in three lineages, Loretta is truly passionate and continues to research, study and expand her knowledge of energetic healing and to her own self-development. She believes that the best kind of teacher is one that never stops being a student.

Loretta is a high vibrational facilitator of Reiki transformational programs. Her courses are the only ones of their kind - honouring the traditional aspects of Usui Reiki with the strategy and tools to truly ground the practice of Reiki and co-create lasting change.

Loretta is joined by, Stef Griffin the Nourished Energy Student Support and Teacher who will be guiding you throughout your course.

Stef began her Reiki journey with Nourished Energy back in 2018. Stef’s journey with Reiki has allowed her to rediscover her love for all things spiritual and metaphysical, whilst also finding her soul purpose that she had been searching for all along.

Stef has a background in social work, and has always been driven to support and help people make the change in their life that they are desiring. After finding Reiki, she knew that this was the missing piece of the puzzle.

Stef has dedicated her life to Reiki, and she is constantly expanding her knowledge and understanding of energy healing - in all of its forms.

Having first hand experience of the transformational journey of Reiki, she is now driven to support both her students and clients through their own transformation, to live a life in complete alignment with their soul. Stef’s classes are interactive, soulful and of course - fun! They are a safe space for you to learn, grow and become the greatest version of yourself.
