About this Event

Are you seeking to broaden your business exposure?

Gain more customers and clients, leads and sales?

When you run an online, mobile or home based business it can be difficult to be seen, get networked, and show people what you are all about.

You are invited to connect with the locals, including members of the public and businesses, by showcasing your business, products or services to the broader community of Adelaide.

Know something that is happening around town?

Need to ask the community a question or looking for a referral.

Love it Local Australia in collaboration with Entrepreneurship Facilitator Service, Switch Start Scale and the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron is hosting a Pop-Up showcase for businesses just like yours, followed by a networking event, festive celebrations, and as an added bonus a band will add to the atmosphere.

Vendor and stall places are limited so please get in early to secure your place with set up from 9.30 am to be set up by 11.15am. Pop Up Showcase Opens: 12.00pm - 4.00 pm.

At 1pm-3pm there will be a networking event, Followed by RSAYS Groove on the Deck Post Regatta celebrations.

What will make you stand out at the showcase is interaction and something happening on your stall, so please consider what will draw people in, especially if you can give them an experience or taste of what you offer.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

Love it Local Australia Showcase is providing a platform for online, mobile and home based businesses.

Wanted businesses in the following interest categories:

  • Amusements and activities for kids; bouncy castles, side shows, parties
  • Arts, crafts, designers and makers
  • Babies and children
  • Cake makers, cake decorators, chocolate makers, biscuit makers, caterers, mobile food vendors, mobile coffee
  • Education and programs for learning skills
  • Fashion, accessories and jewellery
  • Garden & landscaping; lawn mowing services, irrigation, arborists, landscapers and designers
  • Gifts/home wares/interior design
  • Hair and beauty; make-up artists; mobile salons; tanning
  • Health and well-being including massage, reiki, shiatsu, naturopaths, homeopaths, bio resonance, nutrition, life coaching
  • Party planners: beauty and skin care, intimates, adult, home products
  • Pets: mobile vets, pet groomers, pet washing, training, foods and supplies
  • Printing, screen printers and promotional materials
  • Services including housekeeping/cleaning, industrial cleaning, high pressure cleaning, baby sitting/nanny services, dress makers and mending services, mobile and online transport services
  • Sports and fitness; personal trainers, group trainers, coaching, dance, sports
  • Tech and marketing: apps, social media, influencers, bloggers, video, web design, computer technicians and support
  • Tour operators/guides; experiences; ghost tours/paranormal
  • Trades including; electrical; plumbing; mechanical, roofing, cementing, building, bricklayers, tilers, carpenters, solar, windows, doors, fencing
  • Wedding and functions: celebrants, wedding planners, photographers, suppliers, Invitation specialists, car/vehicle hire, DJ’s, music tuition and hire

Vendor/Stall holder fees

Vendor fees are listed below and on the online application form. Vendor fees are not negotiable and must be paid in full on application.

Indoor vendor fees include a standard trestle table size space and all vendors will be required to bring their own display table (no bigger than a standard trestle table size) to display products and services at a professional standard.

All Vendors are required to be set up until 4.00pm unless otherwise discussed with LILA Management. Just for your reference the RSAYS Sailing Regatta will finish around 4.00pm and will filter back to the venue after completion of docking of Yachts. How exciting as this is a collaborative event with the RSAYS and they are looking forward to seeing what your businesses have on offer too.

Vendors must have their own $20 million Public Liability Insurance coverage, certificates to be forwarded to team@loveitlocalaustralia.com

Vendors who require insurance an additional charge of $25 per site will be applied and invoiced separately to the registration to be paid within 7 days of invoice date.

Power outlets not available to all vendors and applications subject to approval. Food Truck/Food Vendors must have their own generator/power supply facilities and meet the Council Food Safety and Handling requirements. Copies of Certificates to be forwarded by email to team@loveitlocalaustralia.com

Please choose the option that best suits your business promotion

Option 1: Vendor Showcase Only - This provides the vendor with a space (not to exceed a single standard trestle size). Showcase your business, products and/or services with flair at the Pop Up Showcase. $70

Option 2: Vendor Showcase and Digital Advertising - Showcase your business with a vendor space (not to exceed a single standard trestle size), and have your business featured on the digital advertising screens. As an added bonus, we will also feature your business on our social media platforms. $95

Option 3: Food / Catering Trucks Only - Showcase the tastes and flavours of your business. Must have own generator/power supply and meet council regulations with Food Handling Certifications. Showcase your business, products and/or services with flair at the Pop Up Showcase. $70

Option 4: Food / Catering Trucks and Digital Advertising - Showcase the tastes and flavours of your business. Must have own generator/power supply and meet council regulations with Food Handling Certifications. Have your business featured on the digital advertising screens. As an added bonus, we will also feature your business on our social media platforms. $95

Option 5: Digital Advertising Only - Are you looking for additional exposure to be seen and noticed. Unable to attend the event, or the spaces are filled and you dont want to miss out on this opportunity. Have your business featured on the digital advertising screens. As an added bonus, we will also feature your business on our social media platforms. $40

Option 6: Public Liability Insurance - Are you seeking Event/Market insurance, but do not have time to secure it - Let us know and we can organise cover for you for the Showcase for an additional fee of $25
