Our first edition, Lunar Feast, sets the tone for the year ahead: generous, vibrant, modern, and rooted in flavour. Executive Chef Alex Siu leads the kitchen for this debut event, drawing inspiration from Lunar New Year celebrations across East and Southeast Asia and reimagining them through a Two Before Ten lens.
