Local project updatewith Building Asset Services and Quilpie Shire Council

Are you keen to find out about projects happening in the region and how your business can get involved?

You are invited to an event to meet with Building Asset Services (BAS) and the Quilpie Shire Council to hear about upcoming regional tendering opportunities.

The event — which is being jointly hosted by the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDMIP), BAS and the Quilpie Shire Council—will provide an opportunity to:

• promote your business capabilities
• share ideas
• network with regional businesses and project proponents
• be supported to register for the BAS preferred supplier panel.

DSDMIP is also hosting a tendering for business workshop to help get ready for these upcoming opportunities. Topics to be covered include:

• how to interpret tender documentation
• how to prepare responses to key criteria
• common pitfalls and traps
• practical examples of how other businesses have responded to key criteria
• how to conduct market research to maximise your chances of success.

5. In any form and by any medium includes newspapers, magazines, brochures, television advertisements, promotional videos, CD-ROM, internet websites and social media, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo or other multimedia.
6. The event organiser may also store the images and recordings in the Queensland Government Image Library.
7. The event organiser may use and disclose your personal information from the registration form in association with your images and recordings.
8. The event organiser will be the owner of the copyright in the images and recordings in all forms and in all mediums in perpetuity.
9. You will not be entitled to claim any payment, royalty or other consideration from the event organiser for making, storing, using, publishing or reproducing the images and recordings.

If you do not understand any terms of this consent please ask a representative of the event organiser before the event begins.
