About this event

  • 1 hour 45 minutes

We will be exploring how we can embrace life and deal with death in new ways, this will encourage participants to consider preparation for death and dying while embracing and enjoying life to the full.

“Death is a part of life. It is inevitable that we will encounter death at some point in our life journey. The question is not if but when. This session will explore how to live life well, so that we die well, with less regrets. This will also position us so that we can be present for all of life’s experiences, both dark and light, for ourselves and others.” Christine Overstone (The Grief Centre)
