Description

Trying to figure out what the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is all about?

Join our livestreamed workshop! It’s designed especially for young people aged between 12 – 25. All you need is a computer or mobile device with a high speed internet connection! There will be Auslan interpreters and live captioning.

We’ll cover three different topics and answer any questions you might have.

  • NDIS 101 – What is NDIS, how do you join and what happens when you’re on the NDIS?

  • What do you want to do with your life? How to think about your goals and the support you need to achieve them.

  • How to speak up – What type of setbacks might come up when you talk to your family or the NDIS? How do you get the support to speak up?

You can ask questions during the workshop! We'll have a few ways you can ask questions, including via Twitter and Facebook.

When you register we'll send you the link to watch the workshop.

Busy at that time and can't watch the workshop live? Don't worry, you can register anyway and we’ll send you a link to the recorded livestream after the workshop that you can watch at any time.

Note: The workshop includes a 10 mins break at 2:10pm
