Little Paddocks Alchemy - In Circle
Littlepaddocks MogoMogo, NSW
Sunday, Mar 8 from 5 pm to 7 pm AEDT
Overview
As the season turns, we gather in the spirit of the alchemist- transformation of self through reflection, ritual, and grounded connection.
In Circle Includes:
Tea Ritual
We begin with a shared tea ceremony — a marker of arrival. Tea brewed with intention, sipped slowly from cups formed from the Mogo earth. This is a threshold. A softening. A remembering.
This opening ritual allows the nervous system to settle and marks a transition from daily pace into presence.
In Circle
When women sit In Circle, something magical happens. The pace slows. Breath deepens. The nervous system settles. Conversation flows more naturally when the body feels safe. There is no hierarchy. Only the invitation to step out of the noise and into the feminine energy fields within and around you — where emotion, intuition, and inner knowing are honoured rather than rushed or fixed.
Alchemy teaches that transformation is not about becoming someone new — it is about refining what is already present. Distilling wisdom from experience turning the weight of responsibility into strength and self knowledge.
At Little Paddocks Alchemy, each In Circle is designed to support that quiet evolution.
Embodied Making- Hand-Bound Herbal Smudge Bundle
Each woman will create her own smudge stick using flowers and herbs foraged from the Little Paddocks garden. As we bind the herbs together, we reflect on what is ready to be cleared and what strength we are cultivating for the season ahead. This becomes a personal ritual tool to take home.
Embodied Movement Practice
Transformation is not only spoken — it is enacted. Through movement, we invite the body to participate in the change we are seeking. Within a considered and supportive space you are free to move in your own way-releasing what feels heavy, clarifying what feels true and allowing intention to settle into the body rather than remain in thought.
There is no choreography and no expectation. Only focused presence, subtle intention and the ancient power of allowing movement to integrate what words begin. These practices allow insight to move beyond thought and into lived experience.
If you are ready to step out of constant motion and consciously embody the transformation you seek, we welcome you.
