Join us at The Lights Community & Sports Centre - Community Room 2 for a fun, hands-on workshop where kids discover the power of their breath! Through playful activities and simple breathing techniques, children will learn how to relax, focus, and find calm anytime, anywhere.
Come learn our Easy as ABC method to calm kids!
Families also receive a bonus booklet to keep the practice going at home. 🌬💛….parents will learn just as much too.
