Description

This is the registration page for Linear Models in R. A workshop designed specifically with Science HDR students in mind.

The workshop will include the following topics:

  • Data importation to R
  • Data Cleaning
  • Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Checking for Outliers
  • ANOVA
  • Linear Regression
  • More general linear models
  • Repeated Measures

The main topics will be followed by a 20 minute hands on session. So bring along your research data and any specific questions or problems.

Workshop participants should bring a laptop with R and RStudio installed. Participants should have some basic experience with using R. Attendance at an introductory session such as the “R for Reproducible Scientific Analysis” is recommended for those without previous user experience of R.
