Join this 2hr 'Lightworkers Connection Circle' to recharge, recalibrate and resource inner well-being needs.

This month's theme: 'INNER VOICE'

During 'Lightworkers Connection Circles' you will:

• Share and connect with like-minded others.
• Participate in gentle energy-shifting for regaining inner balance and clarity.
• Take part in practical exercises, e.g. in GUIDED MEDITATIONS, JOURNALING or DE-STRESS DRAWING exercises.
• Set new intentions for your path forward.

This is a FREE Event - Registration is required, as there are limited spots available.

The Event takes place in a beautiful Reiki backyard studio in Ballina from 10:30am-12:30pm.

(In street parking + Meldrum Park carpark is in walking distance)

Lisa Jonas is the creator of ‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ (IGR) – a holistic, energy-based stress-release modality with a strong focus on self-empowerment, self-care and the restoring of healthy personal boundaries.

In her work, she combines her experience in Allied Health Modalities – like Family Constellation, EFT, Art Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Holistic Counselling – with her knowledge of Astrology, Meditation and Coaching - to help Clients, Trainees and Workshop Participants to regain a sense of inner wholeness.
