Life Memoir Workshop
Switchboard’s Pride in Ageing program and Regional Coordinator Daniel Bryen invite you to our first regional Life Memoir Workshop in Moe.
Join us for a welcoming and reflective space where you can explore your life experiences through guided storytelling and gentle writing prompts. This workshop is designed to honour your journey, celebrate your story, and create meaningful connection with others in a supportive group environment.
No writing experience is necessary. Whether you’ve always loved storytelling or you’re just curious to try something new, this space is for you.
What to Expect
• Guided life reflection activities
• Gentle writing prompts to spark memories and stories
• Optional sharing in a supportive and respectful group space
• Time for connection and conversation
This is a free event and lunch will be provided. Please let us know when registering if you have any dietary or access requirements.

We can offer transport from Bairnsdale. Please indicate during registration if you require transport support.

Accessibility
Moe library is a fully accessible venue with an accessible all-gender bathroom available.
Signage to the event will be discreet and we can also arrange direct access into the room if anyone would prefer this - please let us know when you register if we can assist your access in any way.
Parking
All day car parking is next to the library off George Street or there is 2-hour parking available in front of the library.
Transport
A special mini-bus will depart from Bairnsdale at 8am (driven by the wonderful Daniel Bryen).
Trains arrive at Moe Station which is next to the venue.
The following buses pass the library on George St: 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 5
