Life After Caring - Peer Connection (Brassall)

A group of 8 sessions fortnightly for carers facing a change in their caring role. At some time, your role as a carer might end. This may be when the person you care for recovers, when they die, or when they leave your care and others take over the caring role. You may have to adjust to changes and rebuild your life when you are no longer a carer. Join Lived Experience Peer Facilitator, Sheila and other carers who are facing similar changes to their caring role for this supportive group where you can enjoy a cuppa while sharing and learning with others.

Suitable for carers who have lost their care recipient or who are no longer in their caring role (within 12 months).
