Averyis ready to spend the rest of his life with fiancée Megan, but her twin brother Christian, a terminally ill psychologist and tech genius, lures them to his remote mansion for his birthday celebration. What begins as a tense encounter soon takes a dark turn when Christian’s reaction to their engagement is far from celebratory.

Avery quickly realizes that Christian is not only terminally ill but also unhinged and dangerous—and that his sprawling estate hides a secret basement. This concealed space is filled with chilling torture apparatuses and cutting-edge technology, all at the center of a sinister and horrifying plan. Avery’s discovery of the truth comes all too late as a web of lies, years in the making, unravels around him.
