Get curious as award winning Australian crime writer, Christian White and academic writer, Bec Kavanagh discuss writing and australian fiction.
Light refreshments will be avalible 30 minutes before workshop begins.
Authors Bio:
Christian White is an Australian author and screenwriter whose credits include feature film Relic, Netflix series Clickbait and Paramount’s Apartment 7A. His debut novel, The Nowhere Child (2018), was one of Australia’s bestselling debut novels ever, with rights sold in 17 international territories and a major screen deal.

Bec Kavanagh is a Melbourne-based writer and academic whose work examines the representation of women’s bodies in literature.
Bec has appeared as a host and panelist at Melbourne, Sydney, and Bendigo Writers’ Festivals and on Radio National’s Books and Arts Daily. She has judged several literary prizes, including the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award, the Book of the Year Award (SPN), the Davitt Awards, and local writing competitions.
